"il Casolare" is a typical Tuscan country house situated in a valley with a large private park ideal for those looking for a relaxing and authentic atmosphere.
Strategic location near Florence and Pisa to visit the main towns and villages of Tuscany.
The Casolare di Capilato is inserted within a valley completely surrounded by coppice, oaks, cypresses, and other native plants.
The building, surrounded by an olive grove, was rebuilt respecting the architectural features of the Tuscan farmhouse: wooden beams and exposed bricks, terracotta floor.
Entering the ground floor you will find a large living area: the dining room and the kitchen with excellent light all day long. The French windows overlook the garden in front of the entrance and you can also use the outdoor space behind the casolare, where you can eat in garden park.
This outdoor area under the large willow is not visible from the entrance and offers full privacy to rest on the sun loungers and take a relaxing bath in the mini pool with whirlpool (available in the summer).
Going up the wooden staircase on the first floor there is the double bedroom that leads to the ample bathroom with shower.
The outdoor space has an area of about 10,000 square meters. In front of the cottage there is ample parking and maneuvering area. The description above is located inside a private property completely bordered by a fence in which in addition to the cottage there is the renovated barn where an excellent family lives.
Gianluca resides in a portion of the cottage with an independent entrance and will be available for any information about the management of the house.
Guests have free access to the fenced park, use of sun loungers, outdoor tables, outdoor hot tub and Bbq.
Throughout the stay guests can count, for any need, on the support of the owner who resides in the small apartment adjacent to the main one.

Santa Maria a Monte is located on top of a hill, the old town has the typical spiral shape that follows the trend from the ancient defense walls.
Nearby there are various activities: adventure for those who love hiking in the woods, medieval village fairs, horseback or bicycle rides, archery. Ideal location in the heart of Tuscany to visit Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano or reach seaside resorts such as Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Follonica.
Extra beds in the double rooms will be provided as needed according to needs.
In case of a two-person reservation please use one room for the duration of the entire stay.
