Summary: Check in staff had zero personality and not at all helpful. I don't know if room had been cleaned. We found makeup on the side from last individuals. Although the room looked clean the floor was filthy. You feet would be black within seconds of walking on the floor in bare feet. Had a plastic back with painters' tape over the smoke detector. We got a room on the back side of the hotel. I went back down to ask if we could get a room on the front side as it was overlooking the park and was the main reason we choose that hotel.
