Positive: The property is nestled in the heart of a peaceful agricultural region, offering a quiet and tranquil atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment is situated above a garage, but it’s exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area, with easy driving access to Bayonne, Biarritz, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Hossegor, and the scenic Pyrenees. The hostess is very pleasant and very understanding.
Negative: The only downsides were a few minor inconveniences. The stairway leading to the apartment is rather steep, which might be challenging for some guests. Additionally, there was a faint oily smell coming from the garage when opening the door. We also received a lengthy set of house rules—seven pages in total—just a few days before arrival. Ideally, this information should have been provided at the time of booking to allow for better preparation.
Summary: Very pleasant stay - would come again
