Recently renovated with new appliances, updated furniture and coastal décor – sleeps 9. This spacious 8th floor unit is our personal vacation home, and we can’t wait to share it with you. Since we visit often, this unit is well-appointed with all the best comforts of home and well maintained.
Our condo is a very spacious 1253 square feet, two bedroom, two bath with bunk room that sleeps up to 9 comfortably. The oversized balcony has seating for six to enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean and world’s most beautiful beach. And if the weather doesn’t cooperate, the condo is fully stocked with games, puzzles, and books for all ages to enjoy. We can’t wait to share one of our most favorite places with you.
Starting 8/18 until mid October 2025, the resort will be doing stucco work on all balconies, elevator modernization (2 elevators will be shut down while the others are up and running) until 5/18/2026, and during the early and late fall they will be working on the garage, which will have some noise and some partial closing of the garage area.
Balconies will be closed in the 07-11 stacks from 9/9-9/18 during weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm. Guests will not have access to the balcony during these hours.
The East pool will be closed 10/13-10/31. West pool will be open for guests to use during this time.

-2nd bedroom with KING bed and 55” smart TV
-The 2nd bath with combination tub/shower
-The 3rd bedroom with TWIN over FULL bunk beds with new mattresses and a 50” smart TV
- Living room has QUEEN sleeper sofa with upgraded gel foam mattress
- All bedrooms have full-length mirrors for extra space to get ready when bathrooms are occupied
- Full-size washer & dryer in a separate laundry room conveniently located in the unit
- Condo is fully stocked with board games, puzzles, and books for all ages.

Located near Gulf World Marine Park and just a short drive to Pier Park and Frank Brown Sports Complex, Sunrise Beach Condominiums gives guests one of the best oceanfront value in PCB, Florida. Recreational amenities include a fully equipped fitness center, two large swimming pools (one heated), two hot tubs and a picnic area with barbecue grills.
