1 Bedroom Condo in Gorgosa, Park City
Our unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment and we are looking to rent the master bedroom with a private bath that includes a double sink, bath tub, and shower. The kitchen, living, and dinning room would be a shared living space. The roommate in the other bedroom is a young female Spanish teacher at a local school and is very clean and respectful of the shared space. We are looking for a solo female or couple and it is available 3/30/25-7/31/25 with a 1-month minimum stay. All utilities are included in the $1,200 per month and no deposit is needed. Our unit is a lovely second floor apartment with tons of natural light into the living area and great views with lots of windows over looking fields and hillsides behind us. It is fully furnished and turn key ready, simply bring your suitcase and it is ready to go. We have just about every kitchen appliance you could dream of and a full work/study space with desk and monitor in the bedroom. There is also additional storage in the garage. The building is really quiet, the parking is super easy, and the location is prime for folks looking to work in Park City or in Salt Lake. We would love to answer any more questions you might have!We have a Smart Google TV with a Roku Sound bar. The current subscriptions available on the TV are Netflix, Prime Video, F1 TV, and Roku TV.Our condo is located in a safe and well kept private drive. The Pinebrook community is uniquely located on the west side of Park City allowing for quick access down to Salt Lake City and easy access around Park City with less traffic since it is not stuck downtown. Kimball Junction is less than a mile from us and has tons of stores, including a Whole Foods. From our doorstep there is direct access to tons of hiking trails and bike paths to explore the great outdoors and all that Park City has to offer.
