Positive: The apartment is on the second floor. It is very spacious and has a large terrace equipped with furniture, a sun umbrella, and sun loungers. The apartment is practically furnished and sufficiently equipped for a holiday stay. We visited Costa Calma at the end of February. The surrounding apartments were almost empty and the building was very quiet. We felt almost at home there. We parked along the street in front of the house. Several small supermarkets are within walking distance. The sandy beach is also very close, and it is even possible to walk to Sotavento.
