Only a few minutes away from the old town of Bale and yet quietly located is the Casa Ninetta.
On the second floor there is a spacious living room with dining area and open, very well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower/WC. The two bedrooms each have a double bed. The large 3rd bedroom on the first floor of the house has a separate entrance and its own bathroom with shower/WC.
There is also a large games room on the first floor with a pool table and table tennis.
In addition to the 4x7 m outdoor pool, there is plenty of space to relax in the 600 mยฒ enclosed garden. The covered barbecue area invites you to spend cozy evenings at the grill!
The old town of Bale, restaurants, bars and stores are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The beaches of San Polo and Colone are just a few minutes away by bike or car.
