Two-storey house, accommodating up to 5 people and fully equipped so you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.
With its quiet terrace at the back of the house, this home is the ideal place to get together with family or friends!
On the ground floor, the accommodation consists of a living room equipped with two sofas, one of which converts to a single bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, a television and WiFi. You will also have a dining area with a table and 6 stools to enjoy a good meal together!
A separate and fully equipped kitchen: oven, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso)...
Extending from the kitchen, you will find a fully equipped shower room with a shower cabin, washbasin with storage unit, towel dryer, hairdryer and WC.
On the night side, upstairs, you will find a first bedroom with a magnificent clear view of the channel, equipped with a 160 cm bed, two bedside tables, a storage shelf, a TV and an adjoining shower room with shower cabin, washbasin with storage unit, towel dryer and hairdryer. The second bedroom has a 140 cm bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe.

To complete this property, you will enjoy a wooden terrace located at the back of the house, quiet and fully enclosed, with garden furniture, parasol and sunbeds provided. Perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or enjoying beautiful summer evenings with an aperitif!
