Located in a quiet neighborhood with 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathroom. Enjoy our smart TV watching all available shows at the family room.(Netflix), high-speed internet and comfortable beds. This home is ideal for Visitors, Families, Business Parties, and more executies.
The space
Our spacious and sunny home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood convenient to shopping, entertainment and more. 3 bedrooms (2 queen size beds and 1 king size bed) and two full bathrooms with all you need to have an amazing stay.
All the mattresses are pillow top queen side to have a great quality sleep.
High-quality laminate flooring throughout the all house.
Big dining table is set in the open living / dining area to enjoy meals with your family.
Open floor plan living area with one comfortable sofa bed and 55" UHD SMART 4K TV with Netflix and other free apps to enjoy quality time with your family or friends.
Amazing backyard with cozy furniture and a nice playground for you kids to enjoy during your stay.
Very nice neighborhood, many stores and restaurants nearby.
We are located 1.5 miles from the American River , kayak rentals, bike rentals and more.

Guest have access to the whole house. (Garage is not available for parking)

- Locals must contact us before booking. Otherwise, reservation will be cancelled.
- We have a ring door bell at the front door and cameras facing the front door and backyard for security reasons..

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
