Hello and welcome to Comfort Resort! Our hope is that you find this a place you can relax and create memories of fun and laughter.
This is a 3 bedroom/2 bath waterfront home with beautiful views all year long.
There is a large lawn for games and your own private sandy beach.
Begin your morning at sunrise with a cup of coffee in hand on the large deck overlooking the lake. You may spy a quiet egret hunting for fish.
The deck is large enough for relaxing meals, lounging with a book on the couch or listening to the loons in the rocker. After a fun day of water activities and yard games,
unwind with a glass of wine and a memorable sunset.
Our home is self managed, which means you will have the utmost cleanliness and attentiveness that you require.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to bbq, bake, cook and everything in between.
The living room provides a comfortable gathering space for you and your family. Families can get cozy for a fun movie and game night! There is even a gas fireplace for the chilly winter nights!
The 3 bedrooms are relaxing and comfortable.
There are two king size beds and one queen bed. Sheets & extra blankets provided.
There are two full bathrooms (one with a whirlpool tub).
Towels and beach towels provided.
There are kayaks and a paddleboard available for your use and hammocks for relaxing!
Play yard games, swim, fish, bonfires - be lazy and enjoy!
There is a children's playground and basketball court just down the street.
We are centrally located with quick access to highway 35 or highway 65. If shopping is on your to do list, we are 35 minutes from The Mall Of America or if quaint shops and eateries are your thing we are 40 minutes from Stillwater. We are minutes from local wineries and restaurants and golf courses.

The space:
The owners do live on-site and have a dog and cat that roam the property, if you have allergies you may want to consider that. We may be present in the private living quarters in the lower level. We hope to offer you the best experience possible, if we are not on site we will have someone available to assist with anything you need.
We offer for an additional charge: firewood (after first complimentary bundle).
There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property in the house or on the grounds.
We require that you do some lite cleaning upon check out:
Dishes must be washed and drying in the sink or in the dishwasher. Fridge/freezer must be clean. All beach items must be returned to storage areas.
We do not allow gatherings or partying - there is a beach across the lake if you are having guests. Our beach is for registered guests only.
We do not tolerate drugs or excessive alcohol use.
We prefer no noise after 12 pm on weekdays and 2:00 on the weekends (inside or outside the home - contact owners for concerns or exceptions).
If a fire in the outdoor fire pit is started it must be put out by 1:00 am.
All registered guests must have a government issued photo I.D.
Minimum age of renter is 25 years old.
No overnight guests allowed.
No fireworks.
No pets allowed.
Lifejackets must be worn according to state laws.
