Welcome to our home west of Phoenix in desirable Verrado community.
New resort style backyard with salt water pool (with in-pool stools!), spa, firepit and gazebo for shade.
Walking distance to multiple community pools, parks, amenities, restaurants, golf, mountain biking and hiking trails and more.
Enjoy evenings with views of the White Tank mountains, a hot tub, and outdoor games. Be amazed when you get an F16 fly over from nearby Luke Air Force Base.
Spend your afternoon golfing at one of two Verrado Golf Courses (Founders or Victory) or one of the many amazing courses in the area.
The home has four bedrooms plus a den with a queen sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper ottoman.
Some of the amenities include: Xbox, wifi, BBQ, outdoor and indoor games, shuffleboard, Peloton bike (log in with your user ID), smart TVs, home alarm, community gym, garage, and more.
Bedroom one: twin bed.
Bedroom two (where peloton is): Queen Murphy bed that doubles as a desk.
Bedroom three: queen bed.
Bedroom four: king bed.
Den: queen sleeper sofa and a twin ottoman sleeper.
Approximately 35 minutes to PHX airport.
No smoking.
A hypoallergenic dog allowed with pet fee.
Salt water Pool heated for additional fee, depends on length of stay. Our pool was just built in November and has a heat pump that pulls heat from the air. Pool will not be heated over 86 degrees. Our street does not have gas, and this was the only way to heat the pool. When outdoor temps are below 60, it’s hard to heat the pool or spa.
Golf cart new and is available for use by licensed drivers only. If driven, Renter assumes all responsibility for damage to golf cart, people or other property and will have repairs completed through Action Golf Cart (where I purchased it). My insurance will not cover damage (I asked). :)
We live here part time, some of our belongings will be in the home/garage.
We like our neighbors, and want them to like us after your visit. ☺️ Please remember they have to work in the morning, and this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Thank you!
