Summary: Everything was good for us. I will complain about two things. One, the kitchen sink drain was very leaky. Someone had a bowl under it catching drain water and we had to empty the bowl daily to keep the kitchen from flooding. Second, the master bath toilet flush valve would stick open and water ran constantly until you giggle the flush handle. Just a noise nuisance for us but a lot of wasted water for the owner. Thank you
