**The living room TV and primary room TV are smart TVs that will connect to any streaming service. There is no cable at this property.

There is a locked storage closet in the kitchen that guests cannot access as well as 2 locked doors in the back of the house. Other than those areas, guests will have access to the entire home.
Summerhill is the redevelopment of Atlanta’s former Olympic stadium and surroundings. Encompassing 80 acres, the site is adjacent to downtown Atlanta with unrivaled access and visibility. Summerhill is walkable and bikeable; minutes from downtown, midtown, and the airport. A long-term, organic development beginning with preservation and rehabilitation. ? ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the home! This includes pot.?If you smoke, we just ask that you be respectful and do so outside. Please dispose of butts in the provided ashtray for your convenience. Any evidence of smoke inside the home results in a $300 FEE.
? PETS
We just love furbabies but we ask that you please pick up after your dog outside in high traffic areas and do not allow pets on furniture. We provide extra sheets and towels for dogs that you can use to cover the furniture if needed.
There is a pet fee. Please add your pet in the reservation. If you fail to add your pet to the reservation and bring them anyway, you will be charged a $150 fee.
**We allow no more than 2 pets per booking.

No additional overnight guests that are not on the booking. We have on site security. If you are throwing a party, we will call the police. You will be asked to leave immediately and will not be given a refund.
