A starter supply of toiletries, paper products, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, trash bags, will all be waiting for you. After initial use, you will be required to replenish.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.
NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
