Walk into the bright, spacious, and inviting open concept living, dining, and kitchen. The vaulted ceilings let all the light brighten up the entire space. In the living room, guests sit back and cozy up on our large sectional, enjoy a fire, or snuggle up and watch a movie.
The kitchen has been entirely upgraded to include brand new appliances and all of the essentials (and then some) for creating a delicious home-cooked meal. Plus, the island has plenty of seating for all to spend some quality time together. The dining room has seating for 8 people.
In the back of the house, you will find three bright bedrooms. The master has an en suite bathroom, king sized bed, and a TV with Chromecast.
The other two bedrooms include one with a queen-sized bed, and another with a full and a trundle bed.
The second bathroom also has a washer and dryer for use during your stay.
The backyard is pure bliss. We have a comfortable conversation set, along with a bistro table, BBQ, a hammock, and a private hot tub. Plus, we have plenty of grass for picnics, playing, and more.
Amenities include a fully equipped chef's kitchen (2 ovens, all-clad pots and Le Creuset), private hot tub, gas grill, wood-burning fireplace, Sonos wireless speaker system, flat-screen Smart TV w/ chromecast, games, furnished deck, free WiFi!
*Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the owner will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.*
Our dog owners have given us great feedback -- dogs love it here! Dogs must be 100% house trained to stay in our home. When you agree to rent with us you agree to be fully responsible for your dog's behavior while at the residence.
Cancellation Policy: With our strict cancellation policy, we do want to find a favorable solution for everyone. If we are able to re-book the dates of your cancelled reservation, we are happy to refund you the remaining cancellation refund balance.
Due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, including poor air quality and smoke associated with wildfires, we highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to cover your cancellation, as we will not be able to offer a full refund outside the cancellation window.
We love dogs, and we'd love to get to know your fur-baby a bit better! One dog is allowed on a case by case basis and must be approved by the owners first. You must provide the following information about your dog:
1) Can you please share a little more about your dog and their history, to help us consider them for your upcoming stay? Anything you can share about your dog that can help us make a decision about why her/she is a good fit for our home is very helpful.

3) How long have you had the dog? What type of training have you engaged your dog in since owning it?
4) Please tell us about the dog's experience travelling.
5) Is the dog 100% potty trained? Does it use a pee pad?
6) Is the dog regularly treated for fleas and tics?
7) Does the dog have any separation anxiety? How will you handle situations when you plan to go out for a meal or event but can't bring your dog?
We love dogs and have our own, but this is our home and so please be honest about your dog's ability to be in our home responsibly. Thank you!
Please know that while they are super cute, we cannot allow puppies in our home. If approved, the pet fee will be collected after booking ($75). Please make sure to follow the house rules stated in our listing and the house manual for having your furry friend in the home with you. While we LOVE ALL DOGS, unfortunately, our insurance will not allow us to welcome these dog breeds into our home:

Please note that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot always control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are far and few between, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try and accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
