This Villa would be great for holiday gatherings as it has a ton of space for the whole family. There are five bedrooms and four baths, a large game-room (three bedrooms on lower level and two bedrooms and game room on upper level). The large, fully stocked kitchen has an open floor plan to the living room and dining room. The living room has leather furniture that seats 9-10 and surrounds a large wood burning fireplace w/ tv above. There is a huge back porch that has a covered sitting area with chiminea, built-in pub table, gas grill and pellet smoker, dining table, pub style bar/shuffleboard combo. The home is also equipped with an air hockey table, stand up arcade w/ 60 games, indoor games and plenty of outdoor games including corn hole and fishing poles. This property does not have a dock but Tera Miranda marina is 2 blocks away that has the Quarterdeck restaurant, gas and courtesy slips/daily rental.
