Positive: The place was beautiful & the staff were amazing. We were provided with salt & a snow shovel to help dig us out of the driveway. Also the accommodations were made due to weather that was beyond our control were extremely kind.
Negative: The back door wouldn't stay closed all the way & let in a draft, The shower upstairs leaked in downstairs that could potentially be hazardous. Need to have a metal snow shovel in case needed
