The Indian Lake Escape is a wonderful home for your trip to the lake! Bring the family, enjoy the lake, and spend some quality time together. This spacious home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, features a great room, loft/workspace, a patio and fire pit as well.
The Space:
Our spacious home is a great place for a family or group to gather together. Our home is just a few hundred feet from the water! You will find the Indian Lake Escape on a quiet lane tucked into the trees. We have a 2 car garage, and driveway for parking.
Our main level has a great room, with mounted smart TV, and plenty of space to relax. Enjoy a meal in our open kitchen and dinning area that over looks the back yard. On the ground floor we have a owners suite, laundry room, and guest bathroom. Our owners suite has a jetted tub which is the perfect relaxing spot. The owners suite has a double door to the back patio, as well as a nursery room attached.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, and a loft space as well as a full bathroom. The full bathroom has a shower and tub. 2 of our bedrooms have queen beds, with great mattresses. The 4th bedroom has 2 full sized air mattresses and a mounted TV.
Spend the day with your family enjoying the lake and the water, and come back to share a home-cooked meal together. Our owners suite features a king bed, en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and shower. Our home is great for families, as we also have a nursery attached tot he owner suite. Relax by the bon fire with your family, and have a s'mores night! Plenty of room to park your boat in our driveway.

Guests will have full exclusive access to the house and yard, except for a locked owners-closet.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
