Positive: Location is perfect.
Negative: The air conditioning was not functioning properly upon our arrival. It took about an hour and a visit from a technician before it started working. However, even after the repair, it remained very weak and struggled to cool the apartment adequately. The cleanliness could definitely be improved. It wasn’t spotless on arrival, and a more thorough cleaning would have made the stay much more enjoyable.
Summary: Good value for money, but the weak air conditioning made the stay less comfortable during the hot weather.
