Hale Kona Kai is a small complex of 3 dozen absolute oceanfront condos in town but off the beaten path! Located on a quiet side street (75-5870 Kahakai Road) and just a short block walk to the village of Kailua-Kona also known as Kona Town. Hale Kona Kai is only 1/4 block walk to Honl's white sand beach and a 2 block walk to the Kona Farmers Market.
All condos are non-smoking. Hale Kona Kai is a non-smoking facility. Each floor has coin-operated washers and dryers for your use. Each condo does not have its own washer/dryer.

Summary: The location was 10/10! Ocean views with the sunset were phenomenal. Walking distance to all the restaurants and coffee shops you could need. The room was a great size for the two of us. The shower could definitely use some cleaning/updating. For example, I wouldn’t put my kids in the bath tub. Everything else was great.
