Positive: Location is great and the yard and pool area are very pleasant, well cared. We spent most of our time outdoors. Free parking. In the bedroom the bed is very large.
Negative: The apartment is poorly maintained and things were not cleaned properly, including the dishes and cutlery. The couch is very uncomfortable for sleeping. The washing machine is faulty, takes forever to wash. If you do laundry the only place to hang it is on the rooftop.
Summary: Great location and price but poorly maintained
