From here, an 11 minute drive gets you to the white, fine sandy beaches of Sanibel, and Fort Myers Beach. You'll see 12-foot ceilings, 8-foot doors, and over 2,000 square feet of living space feeling even larger because of the natural light pouring in through the two unique, large arched windows. They brighten up the Villa and bring it to life. The layout is a true open-concept design, with the living room, dining area, and kitchen connected; yet separate, for easy, everyday living. The recessed triple sliding glass doors open completely to the screened lanai, give you that seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle everyone enjoys in Florida. The kitchen has a convenient, functional setup with a large island that combines the counter top, sink and dinette table all in one. It’s great for cooking, hosting, or just hanging out.
Throughout the villa, there are light tile floors except for the beautiful Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors in the bedrooms. The Master suite is spacious containing a king size bed with direct access to the lanai on one end and the very large bathroom on the other. It features dual sinks with ample mirror, a garden tub, a walk-in shower, a skylight for natural light, and a large walk-in closet.
The second bedroom is also spacious containing a queen bed and sizable closet. Kitty corner to it is a nice size bath with a white tiled shower over a porcelain tub, sink and ample mirror. These two rooms have a pull out door extending across the hallway that can privatize them if so desired. A rosy, cozy third bedroom opposite the kitchen contains one of the long arched windows and a twin bed. Attached to the Villa is a 2 car garage.
There are two community pools—one just around the corner—plus tennis and pickleball courts with an active, welcoming community.
