Welcome to our beautiful vacation home! A perfect getaway just two miles from Disney and only thirty minutes from downtown Orlando, Universal Studios, and Islands of Adventure. Located in the Windsor Hills Resort, a secure gated community with 24-hour security, and full access to all of the amazing amenities at no extra cost. Our condo is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. We take pride in keeping the space clean, so you can relax and feel right at home! Our spacious third-floor apartment is easily accessible by both stairs and an elevator for your convenience. Inside, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms a king, a queen, and two twin beds perfect for families or groups. The home features two full bathrooms, a welcoming living room, a cozy dining area, and a well equipped kitchen stocked with pots, pans, utensils, toaster, waffle maker, coffee maker, dishes, and glassware for all your cooking needs. Enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink on your private balcony, and take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer to make your stay even more hassle-free.Maximum Occupancy 6 Guests. NO ONE OTHER THAN THE MEMBERS LISTED ON THE RESERVATION IS PERMITTED TO ENTER THE CONDOMINIUM OR COMMUNITY. WE DO NOT ALLOW VISITORS. There are exterior cameras outside of the condominium that are monitored 24/7. If you need additional supplies during your stay, there’s a small convenient store on property. Also, Walmart and Target are right around the corner for anything else you may need. (Also, Windsor Hills DOES NOT provide shuttle service to or from any of the amusement parks. Most guest rent a car, use Uber, or Lyft). The Windsor Hills Resort is a gated community with security guards on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
They have a computerized system that tracks every visitor and vendor that comes and goes. Security cameras are placed on the exterior of the buildings, hallways, and in key places across the neighborhood that are always monitored. When you book your rental, you must enter the number of guests staying in the property (Maximum occupancy 6 guests). You will receive check-in instructions about a week before your reservation. You must present a valid driver’s license if you are driving the vehicle and plan to drive in and out of the community. Guards will deny access to anyone without a valid physical driver’s license, or ID. Valid photo ID required still even if you are arriving via a ride share like UBER, or LYFT. Registration of primary driver’s will be required prior to arrival. This will make sure guests have a smooth check-in process. There is a 2 car maximum per condo. You MUST send us the names of the EACH driver and passengers to be listed for security access. (Windsor Hills DOES NOT provide shuttle service to or from any amusement parks. Most guests rent a car or use Uber and Lyft). Pool, Water park, Amenities: Only Guests on the reservation may access the community amenities. Specific wristband will be given to you by staff inside the clubhouse and MUST be worn. Please enter the number of guests and names (you can send names via message) when making the reservation for security access. Also, there is a 2 car maximum. We will need the name of each driver for security to provide access. (Windsor Hills DOES NOT provide shuttle service to or from any of the amusement parks. Most guests rent a car or call Uber and Lyft for transportation). Please remember that this is a privately owned home. We kindly ask all guests follow the rules, treat the space, furnishings, and neighbors with the same care and respect you would your own home.
