Positive: The house was quite big - 3 bedrooms, a living room and 2 bathrooms. The house has a terrace.
Negative: - We stayed in the summer but the smell inside was bad - we felt smell of dampness, mold, an old house from the first moment we came in. - I think the photo of the house was taken a long time ago because there were no hammocks, swings, there were only 2 sunbeds instead of 4. There are many broken things in the house, and some things are hard to use because of old age. - No lockers in the bathroom, no trash bins. - Not safe for babies. The house has steep stairs to the second floor and the terrace doesn't have a protective fence so you can't leave children in the garden, all the time we needed to keep our eyes on them. - In the garden was no grass, a lot of pine branches. - Communication with the property could be better - when we asked about the swings and hammock, they didn't give us information. - As we paid more than 2k euro per week, I thinks It's totally not worth the price. The house is old, dark, 20 minutes by walk to the beach where you can swim. I think you can find better place to stay in Mallorca.
