Positive: When I collected the keys the staff at the office were delightful. Welcoming and warm hearted. It was an excellent start to our stay.
Negative: Nothing dampened or spirits or affected our stay in anyway. There were a couple of facilities that didn't work as expected. I've already sent another email so you know what these were. My friend commented that an in House information book about the property would be useful. Perhaps all the information was in the email I was sent, or maybe there was a book at the property, which I didn't see. Either way these things did not affect our stay negatively at all. Thanks.
