Positive: The unit is clean and setup just like the pictures.

Negative: There is 0 insulation between you and the top floor unit. You will hear anything and everything. The folks who were staying in the top unit had several small children and pets. The noise was very loud all the time, every day. We called the management company, Vacasa, and they did what they could. We also spoke with the upstairs neighbors and they did not impart that they were going to do anything different. So, if you are going to stay here, make sure you don't need to be in the house except to sleep, otherwise you won't really be able to enjoy your time here.
