The condo is situated opposite the big shopping mall, Central Phuket . The room is on the 7th floor with a view.The room size is 33 sqm. There is fitness room and salted-water swimming pool at the condo so you can enjoy your holiday as your home.
The condominium was situated between Phuket Town and half way to Patong. You can take a bus in front of the mall to Patong or to town. It takes about 30 minutes to Patong beach by motorbike or you can take bus in front of Central Phuket to Patong beach(about 45 min to Patong beach by bus).The most convenient way is to rent a motorbike or having your own transport.
There is no daily rental for this room because I'm not living in Phuket so it's quite difficult to manage the daily rental.The minimum rental day is at least 20 days.
For long term rental (1 month or more than 1 month) , the rental rate is 15,000 Thai Bath or $ 440 per month, including electricity or water bill with deposit of 5,000 Baht or $200. There is no daily cleaning service for long term rental ,1 month rental or more than 1 month.
For monthly rental, please bring your own towel,shampoo,soap and etc. The bed sheet and blanket are provided.
There is no pick up from or to the airport service. I'm not a Phuket local but I own the condo in Phuket. I also come to Phuket by bus. If you want me to pick you up from the airport, there will be extra charge for 2,000 Baht because I have to rent a car.
