Enjoy your stay at our home located directly across the street from the famous New Orleans Fairgrounds, the home of the annual Jazz & Heritage Festival! The beautiful 100 year old oak trees that line our street are sure to make any guest feel like they are in New Orleans! We are also within walking distance to the many attractions along Esplanade Ave. including many great restaurants, shops, and cafes! Our home is also located very conveniently for quick trips to the French Quarter & Downtown!
This unit is a newly renovated space with a nice and simple interior design, giving our guests a clean and spacious layout for their stay! The bedroom is nice and spacious and includes its own TV. There is one queen bed and one twin size day bed with a twin size trundle bed stowed underneath. There is one full bathroom and a full laundry room with a free in unit washer & dryer!
Guests will have private access to their individual unit, although there are a total of two units on the property! Other than that guests may enter and go as they please so long as not to disturb the other tenants! The entry door is equipped with a keypad allowing for a keyless check-in and no hassle of keeping track of keys!

Summary: This place was clean and located in a great location. Short Uber ride would get you to all the great tourist spots. Even though it’s a 4-plex we found it quiet. The owner provided lots of info on places to check out and eat. We stayed with our 17 year old son and the day bed was fine for him to sleep. We appreciated that the day bed was made up as we arrived quite late after a long day of flying. I’d recommend this place to stay if you’re in the New Orleans area.
