An adjoining dining room with seating for eight leads into the kitchen equipped with gas cooking, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and pantry or outside on to the large timber deck with furniture to seat ten.
Behind the kitchen is the laundry with a washing machine and a door leading to the undercover carport.
There is also a separate toilet and shower in this area.
Bedroom three has a double bed, a single bunk a wardrobe and ceiling fan.

The mezzanine floor includes a seating area and a desk adjoining another TV room.
