Our home is located in a luxury 4 season resort community of Masthope. It is located 1 mile from Ski Big Bear Mountain where you can enjoy downhill skiing, snowboarding, and tubing. You will receive a 25% discount off ski lift tickets for everyone in your group when you book our home. Come enjoy cross country skiing trails as well.
The space
We are only a mile from the Olympic Size Pool that has slides, diving boards, and a kiddie pool for all to enjoy. Located adjacent to the pool is a restaurant, outdoor tiki bar, and indoor sports bar, as well as the ski lodge and Ski Big Bear mountain.
Masthope Beach, located only a mile from our home, offers free kayaks, canoe, pedal boats, and paddle board rentals.

Summary: So we booked the house for our Thanksgiving Family vacation. It was 12 of us going. But the day we were supposed to leave NYC to travel to PA my mother fell on a sidewalk & broke her arm. It was so devastating to us because we had already booked & paid for the house. But Once we were told to follow up for surgery after the holiday. My mother said I don’t want to spoil the trip for everyone let’s just go. So instead of us checking in on 11/21 we checked in the morning of 11/23(Thanksgiving) missing 1 1/2 days of our vacation. But to top it off when I went to pick up my father from his house to travel with us I found he had a foot ulcer. But he still wanted to go. I’m an RN; So during our family trip I took care of my fathers foot & My mothers arm pain. Once we got settled in; my mother passed out & we had to call 911 to the home. EMS team were great;Thank God she was alright but it was a terrifying moment. All the while I was keeping the host Joseph updated on what was happening. The house was truly in the woods but it was very nice just what we expected. Our only issue was that we did not have access to the towels & washcloths. Because the key was taken by mistake by the cleaning lady. But Joseph was apologetic & understood our situation. He asked us to go purchase our own towels & washcloths; & he would reimburse us. Which he did. He also extended our trip for an extra day with no extra charge; knowing what we all been through in the past couple of days. I want to thank him.
