Beautiful Duplex located 1 house away from beach! Amazing Location! This beautiful decorated duplex features all the conveniences of home with a fully equipped kitchen and linens provided. This duplex sleeps 6 and is equipped with a Queen in the master bedroom and 2 twins in the guest bedroom. The pool is shared with the attached duplex (1012) and you are just a short walk to the beach. A gas grill and a charcoal grill are provided. Point of Rocks is a small, quiet, residential neighborhood on Siesta Key, a few blocks south of Stickney Point Road. This location is also just a short walk to the "Mid Key" Siesta South shopping and restaurants. Pet Friendly Pool heaters are turned on beginning Thanksgiving week and run until May1st. Heaters are set to 84 degrees.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
SEASON (JAN THROUGH APRIL) AND SUMMER (JUNE THROUGH MID AUGUST)

Tenant agrees to rent the unit as specified in the TSA rental agreement. If cancellation is necessary, it must be made 60 days prior to arrival and in writing for a deposit to be refunded. In the event cancellation is not made as specified above, no refund will be given unless the property is able to re-rented for the same time period. A $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged for any canceled reservation and deducted from the reservation funds received.
