The Kitchen is fully equipped, offering all the essential cooking amenities, and features brand-new appliances for your culinary adventures. If you prefer a casual dining experience, we have Bar stool seating for 1.
Our newly remodeled Bathroom includes a luxurious double-head shower, and we've added a Toto Toilet with bidet functionality, offering exceptional comfort. An LED Light Mirror adds a modern touch to the space, and you'll find a Washer/Dryer Inside the Unit for added convenience.

Our house is near restaurants, a mini-mart across the street, and bars/entertainment within walking distance. Santa Ana is getting better all the time, with new buildings, renovations, and street improvements. Because the shelters are so close, the locals are used to seeing transients roaming around. We have created gated gates around all of our entry points to ensure that all guests feel safe from public access, and we have installed security cameras throughout the property for added peace of mind.

You'll have a reserved parking spot for your vehicle.There is public transportation available, all within 5 min walking distance. Uber/Lyft are easy for pick up and drop-off at our location.
