Positive: The iternet not working for 3 day the washing machine not working and the heating not working had to sit with our out door coats on till we went to bed it said no net work on the controls email the internet but got no help got my phone checked it was work fine to collect to bath my husband 83 I'm 76 this is a experience not do again treble holiday when we have a nice warm bunglelow loss carpet top of stairs on the corner not fastend down on th very steep dangerous stair no good phoning as nothink done bout wifi 2 passwords which it wouldn't except till 3 day this is when heating went off

Negative: The bed was fine, and it was clean
