Most guests want to stay in one bedroom with a kitchen and living/dining room combination. They are looking for something more than a hotel room, a place to chill, have drinks, make a meal with friends, Netflix, and chill, or have a comfortable place to work. One or two bedrooms are ideal. The other option would be a more expensive chain hotel, Mariott, Hilton, or Sheridan. In fact, we are located directly across from the Mariott, Hilton, and Sheridan if you are attending a conference. The most desired amenity for our guests is a full kitchen and comfortable living room. Our guests want super high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a fully functional kitchen. Our guests appreciate speedy communication, a self-directed check-in process, a digital guidebook with detailed instructions, and one free, secure parking space downtown, with additional parking available upon request.

Free Parking for one vehicle is a $55 value compared to Hotel accommodations. This sleek, modern home is newly renovated. Extra-large living room and dining room combination with fantastic city views day and night. Tons of natural light through huge windows. Remote workspace and lounge area. It is completely renovated with brand new kitchen cabinets equipped with shiny stainless steel appliances and a refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser—a cozy Coffee Station with Keurig and K cups for your morning dose of energy before exploring the city. The condo is brightly lit in the morning and a great place to enjoy morning coffee or watch the sunset! You can also take a quick walk to the Atlanta Streetcar to get a great trip through Downtown ATL. The unit is also within walking distance of lots of great dining options.
MARTA’s rail service terminates at the Domestic Terminal of the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. For a couple of dollars, you can take the Marta (itsmarta dot com) rail straight to Peachtree Center Transit Station, then literally walk three blocks to Piedmont Avenue and our building. Or take a Uber/Lyft; however, Marta is safe and easier than you may think. I also recommend the Atlanta Streetcar to learn more about the city.
