The villa is located in the outskirts of Rethymno town just located 5 kilometers from the heart of Rethymno city center, Venetian harbor and Old Town, also offering easy access to the highway and other beautiful destinations. The closest beach is 4 Km away, while inside the village (800-1000 meters away from the villa) you can find all kinds of shops for your daily needs.
Interior Layout
The ground floor of this elegant villa offers a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living, with an open area that invites guests to step out onto the pool terrace. One bedroom offers a double bed with a stunning view of the pool, while the other is equipped with two single beds (a top mattress can be provided to transform them to one double bed – upon request-). Each of the bedrooms is equipped with a smart TV, open closet, air conditioning, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin.
Additionally, the outdoor area provides access to the fourth bedroom with an autonomous entrance. This private space includes a comfortable double bed (1.60 x 2.00 meters) as well as a single bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a mini fridge, making it ideal for those seeking extra privacy.
