This four-people apartment in a rural location is located in the village of 't Zand in Kop van Noord Holland. This spacious apartment is located on the first floor of an outbuilding of the original farm. It is located in a beautiful rural area with a magnificent view over the flower fields and with the North Sea beach of Callantsoog less than 10 minutes by car. For children there is a playground with, among other things, a trampoline, cable car, a seesaw and football goals. A Shetland pony and a family of sheep also live in the spacious garden. From the apartment it is perfectly possible to cycle in the nearby dunes and the beach or to discover one of the nice pictures in the area. The stairs lead to the hall of the first floor. Here is a living room with a dining area and a sitting area with a smart TV. From the balcony you have a view of the sheep and the bulb fields. There is a beautiful, large kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher, four-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, washing machine and a dryer. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed 180/220 and one with two single beds. The beds are made on arrival. There is a spacious garden with a terrace with garden furniture and a barbeque.
