The Plessis house in the village of Gaumier is an old building with a distinctly Italian architectural style, once inhabited by the Plessis family, weavers for several generations.
Now transformed into 3 adjoining gîtes, Le Fromaget on the left, Le Plessis in the center, and Le Moulin à Foulon on the right, each home can accommodate 8 people, set in 5000 m² of enclosed landscaped grounds with a shared swimming pool (6x12m) open from late June to late September. The setting invites you to relax with family or friends. Each unit includes two private, well-exposed terraces with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.
Ground floor: living room, kitchen, telephone, wc. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (1 bed 140) (1 bed 160) (2 beds 90) (2 beds 90), shower room, bathroom, wc. Wifi internet access.
The gîte's location provides access to a wide range of leisure activities, including hiking, cycling, canoeing and fishing. Close to all amenities, with groceries and bakeries 500 m away, as well as Clisson 2 km, Le Puy du Fou 35 km, Nantes 40 km, Les Sables d'Olonne and the Vendée coast 85 km away. The gîtes are available to rent all year round. Heating included.
