Dieses besonders schöne und ausgesprochen gut ausgestattete Luxusferienhaus liegt in den Hügeln in der Nähe von Lyngsbæk Strand auf einem 1272 m² großen und leicht hügeligen Naturgrundstück. Das sehr gepflegte Haus, aus Holz, wurde 1995 gebaut und 2021 modernisiert.
Das Haus liegt in Laufweite von einem gut assortierten Lebensmittelhändler "Letkøb" und natürlich auch zum Lyngsbæk Strand mit neuerem Badesteg entfernt. Es gibt gute Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge auf Wegen und Pfaden, sowohl im Feriehausgebiet als auch im Wald und am Strand. Auch gute Angelmöglichkeiten findet man ganz in der Nähe. Den beschaulichen Ort Ebeltoft, den Nationalpark Mols Bjerge, den Safaripark "Ree Park", den Tierpark "Skandinavisk Dyrepark" und den Freizeitpark "Djurs Sommerland" erreicht man in wenigen Autominuten.

Außerdem gibt es einen richtig guten 2-Personen-Whirlpool mit Massagedüsen, eine Duschnische sowie ein Badezimmer mit Toilette und Waschbecken. Der Mittelpunkt des Hauses ist das gemütliche Wohnzimmer. Von hier hat man Ausblick auf die Natur, kann aber auch das Treiben im Poolbereich beobachten. Außerdem gibt es einen Kaminofen, mehrere Spiele, einen Flachbildfernseher (YouSee) mit dänischen, deutschen, schwedischen, englischen und einem nordischen Sender. Weiterhin ist ein CD- und DVD-Player vorhanden. Das WLAN kann kostenlos genutzt werden (man muss also nur an Laptop/iPad denken). Angrenzend an das Wohnzimmer befindet sich die Küche.
