Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from your own private covered patio, facing a natural park-like setting to the peaceful water inlet. Nesting osprey, soaring eagles, and an array of wildlife frequent the area. Welcoming features include a brand new 50-inch LG smart TV, a natural stone fireplace, a second TV in the main suite, high-speed fiber internet, a new washer and dryer, a quiet Bosch dishwasher, and a private one-car garage. There are no stairs to climb in this wonderfully located first-floor condo, with only four condos in the building.
