A compulsory intermediate cleaning fee is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants.
However, the house must not be left dirty when the tenants leave. We ask our tenants to leave the accommodation as they found it on their arrival (kitchen and sanitary facilities clean, fridge and cupboards emptied, no trace of apparent dirt, bins removed, etc.). If the accommodation is left dirty, the Tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the extra time spent cleaning the accommodation, at the rate of 35€/hour. The tenant will be informed without delay by message via the platforms, by sms or email, with photo(s) and/or video(s). We also propose to our tenants who do not want to think about the cleaning before their departure, a "complete cleaning" package which will be charged at 30€/hour.
