The home provides a total of 5 bedrooms, 2 stunning bathrooms and a convenient 3rd powder room. The private master suite includes an ensuite, S/S RCAC and access to the private rear deck, perfect for morning coffees overlooking the rear yard while the other wing has been designed for entertaining family & friends.
A hallway leads to 4 generous sized bedrooms, 3 Queen size beds and a huge bunk room for the kids consisting of two sets of single bunks.
One of the best features the property offers is the fantastic entertainers' deck, a generous space, partly protected with pull-down café blinds, ceiling fans, electric overhead radiant heating as well as under-deck heating providing year round comfort. A sensational spot for relaxed outdoor living, dining and family fun and all protected by the established front garden giving plenty of privacy.
Garage space has been converted into a great games room complete with table tennis, dart board, fridge and TV.
With so much that beautiful Goolwa has to offer nearby, you'll be able to enjoy beach days, skiing, sailing, canoeing at the river, golf, fishing, playgrounds, biking and leisurely strolls plus great dining options all right on your doorstep.

Summary: it was a great stay, away from the busy summer holidays at the beach. walking distance, plenty of room for 8 adults and 4 children under 4 yrs. plenty of play area for the children inside and outside. plenty of beds, games room in the shed and another fridge freezer, for storing more food and drinks. kitchen need bigger pots for cooking European style of pasta, but we made do.would have been nice for more seating and table outside or otherwise we had the bbq bare area with stools.thank you for a great Australia day get away.
