This restored farmhouse, located at the village entrance, sits on a 5,000 m² (5,000 sq ft) grassy plot, crossed by two streams. The renovation of the property has allowed the creation of a gîte and three guest rooms. The accommodation is located adjacent to the owners' residence, with independent access and independent use. The entrance is via a balcony overlooking the ground floor of the accommodation, which consists of a kitchen area with living room, shower room and toilet, lounge, and a bedroom. Two access points to the upper floor, from the kitchen or the lounge, lead to the two bedrooms (four 140x190 cm beds) and the shower room with toilet.
