Hej alla ♂️, jag och min fru ♀️hyr ut vårat hus. Vi letar efter någon med stabilt jobb och en god ekonomi

Huset är fullt möblerat ❤️
Nere finns kök, badrum och stort allrum. Huset har en tillbyggnad som är som en egen lägenhet, där det finns en annan hyresgäst. Sen finns det också en stuga på tomten med egen hyresgäst. Allt är byggt så det är helt privat för alla och ingen stör varandra.
Det finns 3 sovrum uppe och två badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med soffa och tv.
Ute finns en stor altan som följer solens gång runt huset. Där finns även utomhus möbler. På övre plan finns en balkong.
Huset har snabbt fiber internet och tv som ingår i hyran .
Huset värms upp med luft-luft värmepump, braskamin och sen finns det direkt verkande element men de är mest där som säkerhet och slår på vid behov.
Vattnet värms upp med luft vatten värmepump som matar badrummet nere och golvet uppe vid sovdelen med golvvärme och sen varmvatten till hela huset.
Det är 2,3 km grusväg till slavsta och vår erfarenhet säger oss att det är bäst om du har bil eftersom vägen kan bli jobbig att cykla eller gå på när det är mycket snö och de bara plogat tidigt på morgonen. Men vi har haft en entusiastisk cyklist ♀️ boende.
Det ingår 2 parkeringsplatser under carport
Det finns otroligt fina stigar runt på fastigheten där man kan gå ner till viltvattnet och grilla som ligger 400 m bort.
Det skulle vara så otroligt smidigt att inkludera elen i hyran men folk är så otroligt olika med det där så det är bättre att du betalar vad du vill förbruka.
Vi vill att du inte har husdjur och att du inte röker.✖️✖️och festa kan gå men var försiktig för din granne kanske behöver jobba nästa dag eller den kanske vill vila sig på ledig tid eller ha tyst om den jobbar hemifrån?

Hello everyone ♂️, me and my wife ♀️Renting out our house. We are looking for someone with a steady job or income.
The house is fully furnished ❤️ The house has an extension which is like an apartment with its own entry and remedies. There is also a cottage on the property with its own tenant. It is built with privacy in mind and no one disturbs each other.
Downstairs there is a kitchen, bathroom and a large open space living/dining room.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, one of them being an en-suite bedroom with bathroom including a spa. There are two more bedrooms, a guest bathroom and a living area with tv and couches.
Outside downstairs is a big patio that goes around two sides of the house. We also have outside furniture there. Upstairs has a balcony.
The house has a fast fiber internet connection and a tv which is included in the rent .
The heating consists of an air conditioner, a fire place and some electric heaters that you don't have to use but they are good for security should the other heat systems not work.
The water from our own well is heated up by an advanced Nibe F750 which also heats up the floor heating in the all three bathrooms and the floors in the upstairs bedrooms.
There is a 2.3 lm gravel road to city of uppsala/Slavsta/busses and so our experience is that a car is recommended because the the road can get covered by snow and yes it is does get cleared in the early mornings but sometimes it continues to snow ❄️ you know. That means it can be tricky to walk or bike but we have had a bike enthusiast renting and he was happy.
There are 2 car parking spots available in the carport
There are some amazing trails around the property leading up to a small lake with a bbq, 400 m away.
It would be so nice to include the electricity but people are so different so we have learnt it is better to let the tenant decide on how much to spend.
We don't want any pets or smokers ✖️. If you want to be loud or party, we'll consider your neighbors, maybe they work the next day or perhaps they work from home or they just want peace and quiet.
We welcome regular tenants and companies.
If you are a company - we might negotiate the rent - business as usual you know.
