We invite you to experience our spacious 1400 sq. ft 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment vacation rental.
A private spacious stone patio welcomes you with a stainless steel gas barbecue and comfortable patio furniture for eating outside and enjoying a secluded view of a natural park like setting overlooking rolling hills.
This suite guest apartment is offered as a separate private living area. The apartment is attached to the main house on the lower level. There is a king size memory foam bed in the master bedroom. When you arrive, you will be greeted by a natural stone staircase leading to your private patio with three entrance doors to your spacious vacation rental.
Please note that this staircase might not be suitable to people having difficulty on uneven surfaces.
Enormous attention to detail has been placed on selecting all the proper amenities and high end supplies for our guests comfort. All our linens, comforters are chosen in white to show that they are in perfect condition and are replaced regularly. All our linens are washed and sanitized with allergen-free products and hand ironed just hours before our guests arrive. They might still feel warm when you settle in :)
We offer courtesy towel and bed linen cleaning during your stay. Just text us that you need a new set. We have additional sets press and ready for you.
Our cleaning team does an extensive professional cleaning throughout the interior and exterior of the rental. We believe in only offering the best to our guests.
French doors and an inviting balcony will be the entrance to the master bedroom. You can enjoy amazing views of our peaceful green hills through the windows and doors of this room. There is a washer and dryer closet in this room (with iron, iron table, detergent, laundry tote and rack) There is a flat screen TV with Direct TV and a Roku Box inside a large cabinet.
The living room open area has an entertainment center with large TV. Comfortable furniture and tasteful decoration with antiques and new artistic finds create a cozy away from home atmosphere.
The bathroom connects the bedroom with the living room. It comes equipped with a hair dryer, towels, soap and different new travel sized toiletries for you to use if needed. There is a tub and shower also. Behind our large bar you will find a well equipped cooking area with brand new appliances and all the supplies needed for cooking comfortably away from home. We had also stocked the pantry with boutique snacks, foods and treats for you to enjoy as our guests.
Our 14 acres property offers diverse terrains and inspiring views of nature, wildlife and landscapes. We have some nature seasonal ponds hidden under a canopy of pine trees among the wildlife moss and ferns. Please feel free to enjoy fruit from our several fruit trees if the season is right. Cherries, Apples, Pears, Peaches, Plums, Nectarines, Chestnuts, three kinds of Berries and even Figs. You can also hike our primitive trails if you feel adventurous. The property offers two fenced fields to protect our rescued or guest farm animals that are now happy and enjoying our pastures. If you would like to have access to the fenced fields and natural trails we will need to know in advance before your arrival so we can move the guest farm animals to another pasture.
Two Tree Frogs is also dedicated to the rescue of abandoned farm animals. There is a special peaceful and regenerating energy to this land and it is our hope to provide a peaceful and healing environment for rescued critters in need. We named our property in honor to the Pacific North West Tree Frog that habitat our property. They are hard to see but you can hear them sing in the Spring and late Fall. We purposely maintain most of our fields in their natural state to preserve the special rustic feeling.
