LIVING AREAS
Natural light pours into an open living space with tiled floors and a relaxed, nautical vibe. A sectional sofa converts to a sleeper and offers comfortable seating for six in front of a 50” flat screen TV with cable.
KITCHEN & DINING
The chef of the group will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Gather at the dining table that comfortably seats six and enjoy a home-cooked meal, or perch at the breakfast bar with seating for two.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo has three bedrooms that sleep eleven total. Three full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.
Retreat to the master bedroom, outfitted with a king-size bed, access to the Gulf Coast balcony, a 42” flat screen TV with cable, and oversized walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom is complete with a double vanity, jetted tub, and large walk-in shower.
A second bedroom has a twin over full-size bunk bed, two more twin-size beds, flat screen TV with cable, a closet, and access to the shared balcony.
The third bedroom includes a queen-size bed, flat screen TV with cable, a closet, balcony access, and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA
Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open to the massive 50’ gulf coast balcony-- providing stunning panoramic views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The covered space is complete with five chairs. A second balcony can be accessed through the second and third bedrooms.
A community grill area is also available for guests on the ground level.
EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS
Parking is available for two vehicles in the garage. An in-unit washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

Parking notes: PARKING PASSES ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR reservation and will be located in your unit upon arrival. 2 vehicle limit. No trailers, boats, personal watercraft, campers, or motor homes are allowed on the property, such vehicles will be towed. *If you have excess vehicles, you may park them at our Vacasa office at 1585 Gulf Shores Parkway but please stop in the office and notify the front desk before leaving your vehicle there.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
