There are 2 Residential Buildings (country style) within steps of each other on this River Front property. 1st Residences has 6 Bedrooms (5 Queen-bed based, and the 6th is equipped with 1 single and 1 bunker bed with top being single, and bottom being double). This Home hosts 14 guests. The 2nd Residence has 3 bedrooms (1 Queen-bed, 1 Single-bed, 1 Bunker-bed + Single) , sofa bed in living Room, and 2 full Bath (+ 1 additional shower separately). This home hosts 8 guests.
For clients that are under 14 guests, please use the large buiding (key code provided in welcome info). Guest can still gain access to small building with additional $150 cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance.
Over 14, pls use both building. We will provide the code for the smaller building upon arrival.
P.s. Given this is a heavily natured area, please bring bug-spray for extra protection.
Please note, this property is on its own private water front, that has access to fishing and sight-seeing over water. River swimming and boating are at nearby National Park <2 miles away, with all your inflatable kayaks/canoes.
In addition, this property has it own private pool assessible from gated deck. Guests are fully responsibly for the safety of his/her respective parties. Please pay close attention to safety, particularly young children and elderlies.

For parties greater than 14, we will provide keycode for 2nd building upon arrival. Please identfy to host clearly how many guests are coming.
Please also note, some guests are alergic to pets smell or hair, for which we provide extra clean. Therefore there is a $40/pet/stay charge of cleaning fee.
Please also you pickup and dispose pets dropping so that next guests can enjoy the property.
In addition, while using the large and private swimming pool, pls ensure everyone uses indoor bathroom at the small building to keep pool clean for everyone.
