It is located on the 1st floor of the building with some stairs, so it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Lake Brienz is only a stone's throw away across the road.

The house is divided into 2 separate flats. The living space is approx. 175 m². It is perfect for a large family or for 2 families who want to go on holiday together, both live in the same place and yet each family has its own retreat.
