Summary: Staff was courteous, room was fine except it was too hot to sleep in and the thermostat wouldn’t let us change it (we inquired a few times and they explained that due to it being winter, it’s stuck on that temp). I would’ve given more stars except on our first night there I went to utilize the free tea/coffee machine and there were a handful of cockroaches crawling on and around it. It’s an old city, an old building, which I get. But it majorly put me off from enjoying the complimentary breakfast each morning. Or anything else they offer (like the free cookies/cakes that are not covered while being offered.
