This 4 Bedroom – 2 Bathroom villa boasts over 2000 sq ft of vaulted ceilings, grand sliding glass doors, and tile flooring. Giving you and your guests the natural light and spectacular views you deserve on your much-needed Southwest Florida vacation. The boat lift is for owner use only.
The master bedroom with king size bed and gorgeous en-suite will have you feeling at ease. Being its own spacious retreat, this Master Bedroom offers amazing natural lighting, streaming flat screen TV, and a stunning en-suite. This room also has large sliders with direct access to the pool and lanai. The en-suite is stunning with tile throughout offering a large vanity, a beautiful walk-in shower with rain head, & luxurious soaking tub.
Located at the front of the Villa, the first guest room is just as spacious as the master, with a queen-sized bed and large windows letting in tons of natural light.
