30 km south of Rennes, 7 km from Lohéac (circuit and automobile museum), the Étang du Val cottage welcomes you to the heart of its large wooded property with a pond in a privileged environment of calm in the heart of nature. Furnished and equipped to accommodate you in groups, this independent house, entirely renovated in 2019, offers you vast spaces to share your meals and your relaxation: large convivial table with full view of the forest, bright and cozy living room with billiards. You will enjoy the serenity of this place in any season during a bath in the jacuzzi installed outside among the trees. A swing will entertain the youngest. Fishing is possible on site. Paddleboards, a sound system, and a pétanque court are at your disposal. For your comfort during your stay: beds are made upon your arrival, towels for everyone and a bathrobe per adult are provided, baby equipment on site.
